Return & Exchange Policy
At Devoiler Sri Lanka, every product is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only. No returns or refunds are accepted under any circumstances.
⏳ Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
✅ Eligible for Exchange
An exchange will be accepted only in the following cases:
- Size issue (subject to availability)
- Damaged or defective product
- Incorrect product or size received
The product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With original tags, packaging, and labels intact
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange
- Products worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Requests raised after the 2-day exchange window
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Colour or fabric variation due to screen or lighting differences
📦 Exchange Process
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery at support.lk@devoilerinternational.com or +94 78 648 7752.
- Share your Order ID and the reason for exchange.
- For damaged or incorrect items, clear photos or videos may be requested.
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
🚚 Shipping for Exchange
Exchange shipping charges may apply and will be communicated during the process. Courier costs will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to an error from our side.
⏱ Exchange Timeline
Once the exchanged product is received and verified, the replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days, subject to stock availability.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Devoiler Sri Lanka reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request after inspection.
