  • Devoiler Sri Lanka is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at checkout.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only. No returns or refunds are accepted.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.
  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues, damaged products, or incorrect items received.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only and is subject to stock availability.
