  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details.

🚚 Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across Sri Lanka.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Colombo & Suburbs: 2–4 working days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order details.

  • Free shipping may be offered during selected promotions or campaigns.

📍 Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate delivery information, including contact number and address landmarks where necessary.

Devoiler Sri Lanka will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

🔁 Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

additional reshipping charges may apply.

Customers may be contacted to reconfirm delivery details before re-dispatch.
